Cancellations:

A trip is not considered reserved until the deposit has been collected.

Given that we have a variety of vehicles at the disposal of our clients, we have conceived, therefore, of cancellation policy for each category of vehicle available. The formulation was made based on the demand for each category of vehicle and thus the collateral that we would endure in the event of a cancellation.

They are listed as follows:

Sedans and SUVs:
1) In the case of daily transfer reservations…
Upon being booked, our clients are given 60 minutes prior to their pickup to completely resend the reservation to receive a complete refund. No refunds will be made after the lapsing of this time.
2) In the case of hourly reservations…
If a cancellation is made prior to 24 hours of the reserved slot, a total refund will be given. If cancellation is done within 24 hours of the reserved slot, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

Sprinter Vans (11-passenger):
1) In the case of daily transfer reservations…
Upon being booked, our clients are given 1 hour to completely resend a reservation and receive a complete refund. No refunds will be made after the lapsing of this time.
2) In the case of hourly booking (Includes all tours)…
If a cancellation is made prior to 48 hours of the reserved slot, a total refund will be given. If cancellation is done within 48 hours of the reserved slot, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
